These terms explain the basic rules for using lifeintabs.com and the free resources, articles and email lists provided through it. By using the site, you agree to follow these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What Life in Tabs provides

Life in Tabs provides journaling prompts, practical notes, printable resources, realistic routines and information about possible future products. Some pages invite you to join an email list or a product waitlist. Joining a waitlist does not place an order, reserve a place or create a paid contract.

The site currently has no member accounts, checkout or paid products. If paid products or services are introduced, separate product, payment, fulfilment, refund and usage terms will be provided before you buy.

Using the site

You may use the site for lawful, personal purposes. You must not:

• use the site in a way that breaks the law or harms other people;
• interfere with the site, its security or its normal operation;
• introduce malware, spam or other harmful material;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems; or
• copy, scrape, republish, sell or commercially exploit substantial parts of the site without permission.

Resources and intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the Life in Tabs name, writing, design, graphics, printable resources and other material on this site belong to Life in Tabs or are used with permission. You may view, download and print free resources for your own personal, non-commercial use.

You may share a link to a Life in Tabs page. Please do not upload the resources to another website, pass them off as your own, remove attribution, or sell or distribute them as part of another product without written permission.

Personal experience, not professional advice

Life in Tabs shares personal experiences, prompts and general information. It is not medical, mental health, legal, financial or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for speaking with a qualified professional. You are responsible for deciding whether a resource is suitable for your circumstances and for any actions you take after using it.

We try to keep information useful and accurate, but we do not promise that every page is complete, current, error-free or suitable for every situation.

Email lists and waitlists

If you join an email list, you confirm that the email address belongs to you or that you are authorised to use it. We use the list or topic you select to send the resource, welcome email, reset notes or product updates described on the form. You can unsubscribe at any time using the option in an email or by contacting hello@lifeintabs.com.

Responsibility and liability
