A weekly reflection page for overwhelmed mums

A simple weekly reflection for mums who want to look back without pressure or perfection.

Published

A weekly reset should not become another performance review.

It can be softer than that.

Three questions

Write:

  1. What felt heavier than it looked?
  2. What helped, even a little?
  3. What do I want to make smaller next week?

That is enough.

A worked example

Your answers do not need to be profound:

  1. The nursery messages felt heavier than they looked.
  2. Putting tomorrow’s bags by the door helped the morning.
  3. Next week, I want to choose dinners for three nights rather than plan all seven.

The one-line version

On a low-energy week, finish only this sentence:

Next week will feel a little easier if…

Write the first practical answer that comes to mind and stop there.

You are allowed to review the week without turning yourself into a project to improve.

A typical note

One tab to close

  • Notice: one familiar mental-load moment.
  • Try: one prompt or small reset.
  • Leave: permission not to fix the whole week.
